Collection documents the history of the International Ethical Culture Movement, consisting of minutes, charters, constitutions, clippings, pamphlets, newsletters, photographs, annual and random reports, and miscellaneous printed and typescript materials. Although the bulk of the documents relate to British movement, also included are records from societies and associations in Australia, New Zealand, India, Germany, Belgium, Czechoslovakia, France, Holland, Korea, Japan, Lithuania, Switzerland, Austria, Russia, the Ethical Church, and the British Humanist Association. Also included are manuscripts and historical notes by James Wallerstein concerning the history of many of these organizations.
